One of Stanislaw Staszic's most famous political works, and one of the main works of reformist journalism of the Stanislaus era.
The work was published anonymously and referred to Franciszek Bohomolc's work "Life of Jan Zamoyski", published in 1775. In the book, the author presented his views on military affairs, taxes, economic issues, legislation, the judiciary, merchants.
The work provoked a heated discussion and initiated a wave of polemical writings, which were published in the early days of the Four-Year Sejm.
