A collection of Jozef Pilsudski's writings from 1885-1935 compiled by Leon Wasilewski, Waclaw Lipinski and Kazimierz Switalski, with a foreword by Walery Slawek, president of the Jozef Pilsudski Institute. At the beginning of each volume 1-9 are portraits of the Marshal on chalk paper.
Volume seven contains a description of the 1920 war. , illustrated with fold-out battle plans and facsimiles of manuscripts.

Tadeusz Lucjan Gronowski (born October 5, 1894 in Warsaw, died February 20, 1990 in Warsaw) - Polish graphic artist, painter, interior designer, poster designer, book illustrator. He also occasionally made ex-librises. He is considered one of the pioneers of modern Polish poster art.
