KOZŁOWSKI TADEUSZ
DISPROPORTIONS OF POLISH POLITICS
Buenos Aires 1964, Polish Library named after Ignacy Domeyko, pp. 323, format: 14.5x20 cm
"In a little-known work in Poland by pre-war diplomat Tadeusz Kozłowski, Dysproporcje polityki polskiej, Biblioteka Polska im im Ignacego Domeyki, Buenos Aires 1964, pp. 19-52, we find a fractious catalog of "errors and degeneration" of Polish strategic thought and practice. Among them we find: lack of realism, unwillingness to plan, extremity of intentions, impulsiveness of decisions, out-of-time assumptions, subjectivity of attitude, defectiveness of form, carelessness of execution, resentments
and complexes. The author thanks Prof. A.D. Rotfeld, for bringing this item to his attention." Source: Robert Kupiecki, National Security Strategy of the Republic of Poland 2014 as an Instrument of State Policy. External conditions and process aspects;
"This work has all the conditions to become a guide for the political thinking and action of all those "to whom the affairs of the nation have not become indifferent."
Irresistible persuasion and optimism flow from the pages of this political study of the era." From the wing of the cover.
